Konark Associates

Konark Associates is based at Konark House, which is located near the Ring Road in Laxmi Nagar, Phaltan. We have our own little building here, and it's where we spend most of our waking hours. Being near the Ring Road makes it easy for us to get around, which is helpful for the kind of work we do. Phaltan is a smaller place compared to the big cities, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. Our office is a straightforward place. We have a few desks, some files, and always a pot of tea going. We handle different kinds of property and associate work. We aren't some big corporate entity with polished floors and glass walls. We are just a local business. People stop by to chat about land or houses, and we just tell them what we know. Laxmi Nagar is a decent area, and we’ve been part of it for a good long time now. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they’ve heard of Konark House or they see us while driving near the Ring Road. It’s a practical life. We work hard, we talk to our neighbors, and we keep things honest. There’s no need for fancy mission statements or marketing talk. We just run our business from this house and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in for a talk.
