Krushitek Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of No. 275-2b in the Chandannagar Add MIDC area for quite some time now. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of movement around the office. We usually start the day early because the trucks and workers in this part of town do not really wait for anyone. It is a practical place to be. You can find us right there among the other units. The space is mostly filled with equipment and desks where we get the actual work done. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. We mostly just focus on the tasks at hand. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, so we all know how things run. Sometimes the electricity acts up in this part of the MIDC, but we just deal with it and keep moving. We are right near the main road access, which makes it easy for parts to come in and out. Lunch breaks usually happen at the small stalls nearby. It's a very straightforward environment. We do not spend a lot of time on long meetings or big presentations. If someone needs something, they just walk over to the next desk and ask. That's how we have always operated here in Chandannagar. It is about getting the job finished properly and making sure we do not fall behind on the schedule for the week.
