Joshi & Jampala Engineering

We are based out at M-64 in the Additional MIDC area. It is a typical industrial setup with plenty of space for the machines. The roads out here aren't always the best, especially when the monsoon hits and everything gets muddy. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. There is always the sound of grinding or welding going on. Our team is small, just a few guys who know their way around engineering drawings and metal. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you'll probably find one of us covered in oil or dust. We take on all sorts of engineering jobs, some big and some very small. It’s hard work and the days are long. The shed gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big doors open for some air. We have some old machines that still run better than the new ones we bought. It is not a shiny, clean environment, but it is where the work happens. Joshi & Jampala Engineering has been operating from this plot for quite some time now. We know the neighbors and we help each other out with tools or loading. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff. We just focus on the parts we are making for our customers. That is pretty much how we run things here.
