Dhardev Agro is located in Wai, which is a nice town in Satara. Our specific spot is in Songirwadi, at S.NO.19A/3/19. If you know Wai, you know it is near the Krishna River and has a lot of history. But we are focused on the farming side of things. We are a private limited company, but we are still just local folks. We deal with the crops that grow well in this climate. It is a lot of manual work and then some office work to keep the records straight. We don't have a big corporate office. It is just a functional space where we meet and talk. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to send emails, but we get by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the business stays healthy and the farmers we work with are getting a fair deal. The weather in Satara can be unpredictable, so we are always checking the skies. We have been in Songirwadi for a while now. People know us by name. It is a community where word of mouth matters more than any advertisement. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It is a steady life and we are happy enough with it. We just keep our local focus and deal with things as they come.
