Thenware Infotech is located over in Baratelpa Telpa, which is in Ward 41 of Chapra. It’s a part of Saran that is always moving. Our office isn’t much to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a busy ward. We are a small team of people who decided to start something here in Bihar. We don't have any of those fancy office perks you hear about in big cities. We mostly have old desks, a few reliable computers, and a lot of tea to keep us going. The work keeps us busy from morning until late. Sometimes we stay late because we have to get things finished. It’s not always glamorous, and we definitely have our share of struggles. Finding good help or dealing with the heat in the summer can be tough. But we like the challenge of it. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just want to do our jobs and earn a living. Chapra is our home, so it makes sense for us to work here. People in the neighborhood know us, and we try to be good neighbors. We’ve learned a lot since we started. There were times we weren't sure if we’d make it, but we’re still here in Ward 41. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a simple life, but it’s ours. We hope to stay here for a long time.
