Creative Software Technology

Creative Software Technology is located at number 30 in the Raain Basera Housing Society. That’s in Manjhitola, Adityapur, over in Jamshedpur. We are a small group of people working on software stuff. It’s not a big tech park office. It’s right in the middle of a housing society. This makes it feel more like a community thing. We have our computers set up and we spend our days coding and fixing bugs. Jamshedpur is a steel town, but we do the digital side of things. It’s a bit different from the factories around here. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy break room. We just make tea and get back to work. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat. We like being in Adityapur. It’s got a good vibe. Our work is pretty technical, but we try to explain it simply to people who ask. We aren't some big multinational. Just some local folks who know their way around a computer. We’ve been at Raain Basera for a while now. It’s home for the business. We don't do much self-promotion. We just focus on the projects we have on our desks. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just life here. We enjoy the work. It’s a challenge to get things running right, and we don't stop until the bugs are gone. We like it here in Jamshedpur.
