Applied Solutions

Our office is at the Ashiana Trade Centre, specifically at number 30 on the ground floor. Being in Adityapur, we are surrounded by a lot of other businesses and workshops. At Applied Solutions, we don't really have a big fancy sign or a reception area. It’s mostly just a workspace where we figure out technical problems for our clients. We deal with a lot of different things, from parts to general advice on how to get a system running. It’s a ground-floor unit, so people can just walk right in from the main corridor of the trade centre. The room is usually full of manuals, some spare equipment, and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We aren't here to give a sales pitch. We just look at what the customer has and see if we can provide a fix or the right component. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. The trade centre can get quite busy during the middle of the day, with a lot of talk and movement in the halls. We’ve been here for a while and know many of the other tenants. It’s a practical setup for us. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be useful to whoever stops by with a problem. Dealing with people face-to-face is how we prefer to handle things.
