Our place is located in Balaji Nagar Housing Society, specifically at Plot 40/18 in Kupwad. If you are coming down Gate No. 1, you will find us easily enough. This part of Sangli is pretty busy with all kinds of small industries and housing coming up, which keeps us on our toes. At Wallite Building Elements Private Limited, we mostly deal with the physical stuff that goes into construction. The yard is usually full of materials, and there is always a layer of dust on everything, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. It is hot work, especially in the summer months, but the crew is used to it by now. We aren't a corporate office with fancy glass walls; our setup is much more practical and built for getting work done. Most of our days are spent checking on the production or talking to drivers about deliveries. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend half a day fixing them, which is just part of the routine. We don't have any big marketing speeches to give. We just make the building elements that people need for their projects and try to keep our head down. It’s a local operation, and we know most of the people around this neighborhood by name. We just show up every morning, open the gates, and get to it until the sun goes down and it is time to close up.
