Shah Devlopers is tucked away in Chaitanya Nagar, right behind the Sangli I.T.I. If you know the area near Plot No 14/30, you’ve probably seen us around. We’re working on stuff related to Sr No 219/1. Being in Sangli, things move at a slightly different pace than the bigger cities, which we don’t mind. Our days are filled with looking at plots and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on how things are coming along. The office is basically a place to store our tools and maps. We don't spend much time sitting down. Development is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, like a truck being late or the weather turning bad. We just deal with it as it happens. We aren't fancy people; we just like seeing things get built from the ground up. It’s satisfying to see a bare piece of land turn into something useful. People in the neighborhood often stop by to see what’s new. We’ve been part of this community for a bit and we like the local feel of it. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If you have a problem, you just talk to whoever is around. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the land and the buildings and let the rest take care of itself. That’s just how we operate our daily business.
