We are based out in Kadegaon at House Number 3428. It is a quiet spot in the Sangli district of Maharashtra. Being in a place like A/p Kadegaon means things move a bit differently than they do in the big cities like Mumbai. VEDANT CIVIL WORLD LLP is basically run from this location, and we handle a lot of local civil work from here. The office is part of the community, really. People know where we are if they need to drop off documents or talk about a project. It’s a simple setup. We have our files, our computers, and usually a few maps of the local area pinned to the walls so we can see where everything is. Sangli is a good place to work from because you get to know the land and the people quite well over the years. We don’t have a big reception area or a coffee machine that does ten different types of lattes. We just have a kettle and some space to work. The address 415304 is home for us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets a bit slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. Working in civil infra requires a lot of coordination, and doing it from Kadegaon feels right because we are close to where the actual work happens. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks, making sure things get done without too much fuss or unnecessary talk. We just like to get the job done and stay on track with the local needs.
