Shrivardhan Construction & Developers Private Limited is located at Shridhon, which is in the Kavathe Mahankal taluka of Sangli. We operate out of the space belonging to Mohan H. Patil. Being in a place like Shridhon means we are very much connected to the local land and the people who live here. It’s a rural setting, so things move a bit differently than they do in big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We don’t have a high-rise office. It’s a more traditional setup where people know each other by name. Our work is mostly focused on the development needs of this specific region. We spend a lot of time out in the fields or at small construction sites around Sangli. It’s a lot of driving on bumpy roads and meeting with local landowners. We don’t use a lot of big words or complicated contracts that nobody understands. We just talk to people plainly and get the building work done. Sometimes the monsoon rains slow everything down and we have to wait for the mud to dry before we can get the trucks back in. That’s just life in Shridhon. We are just a local bunch trying to build things that last for the families around here. It’s not always perfectly organized, but we make sure the walls go up and the roofs stay on. We’ve been part of this community for a long time now and we take it day by day.
