We operate out of a village called Gavan in the Tasgaon taluka. Our office is basically at House Number 1111/2. Tasgaon is known for its grape farms, and you can see them all around here. It’s a very different vibe than working in a big city. The pace is slower, but the work is still hard. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is mostly for when we need to do the accounts or sit down for a meeting. It’s a simple room with some old wooden furniture. We don't really have air conditioning, just the breeze through the windows when the weather is nice. Sometimes in the summer, it gets really dusty. Most of the people we work with are from the nearby villages. We know most of the families in Gavan. It’s the kind of place where you stop to talk to everyone you meet on the road. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just do our work and people know who we are. It’s an honest way to live. Sometimes the power goes out for a few hours, so we just sit outside and wait it out. It’s just how things go here. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our part in the community. Our neighbors are good people and we help each other out.
