Out here in Atpadi, things move at a bit of a different pace than the big cities. Rj Structural Infra Private Limited is based right at the Maharashtra Seva Sangh building. Being in the Sangli district means we cover a lot of ground in the local area. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It's a tighter crew. We focus on infrastructure work which usually involves plenty of dust and long hours under the sun. Atpadi is a quiet place but there is always something needing repair or building. We handle the paperwork and the planning from our office, but most of the real action happens out in the field. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days we are just catching up on maintenance. It’s a bit of a juggling act. We don’t go in for those flashy presentations or corporate slogans. That isn't our style. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what can be done. Being part of the community here matters to us because we live here too. We see the same faces every day at the local tea stalls. Our team has been around the block a few times. We know the local soil and the local challenges. It’s just honest work at the end of the day. Nothing more and nothing less than that. We keep our tools ready and our boots by the door. That's about all there is to it really. We don't mind the long drive home after a job.
