Relaince Engineering Associates Pvt Ltd, Jamnagar

Our office is located at Plot Number 2 on ST Colony Road in the Vishrambag area of Sangli. Even though the name says Relaince Engineering Associates Pvt Ltd, Jamnagar, this is where we are based in Maharashtra. We are right across from Kore Lotus and near the Dynaneshwar Chowk. It’s a well-known spot in the city, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. The office is a modest setup on ST Colony Road. We have several desks pushed together and shelves full of project folders. Since we are near the chowk, it gets quite noisy with the traffic and the local market sounds. We do a lot of engineering support work from here, which involves a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear formal clothes unless there is a big meeting. We have a small area for visitors, but it’s mostly just us working on computers. The weather in Sangli is usually okay, but the afternoons get quite hot. We often send someone out to get snacks from the shops near Kore Lotus during the tea break. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on getting the work done without much fuss. We don’t have a fancy website or a big marketing push. We just handle our daily tasks and talk to our contacts in the industry. It is a small team and we like keeping things simple.
