Maroo Eng Asso Pvt. Ltd.

We are based at K - 11 in the MIDC area of Kupwad. Maroo Eng Asso Pvt. Ltd. has been here for quite some time now. The MIDC is a big industrial zone, so we have a lot of neighbors doing similar engineering work. Our building is a standard industrial shed with a lot of metal and concrete. It gets pretty hot during the day, so we have some big fans going to keep the air moving. There is always the sound of something being hammered or a motor running somewhere in the background. We have our machines lined up and a space in the middle for moving materials. The yard outside usually has some scrap metal or crates waiting to be picked up. We aren't big on fancy meetings; we usually just talk about what needs doing while standing on the shop floor. Most of our guys have been with us for years and they know the machines inside out. We have a tiny office tucked away in the corner for the computer and the bills. The floor is usually stained with oil, which is just how it goes in this line of work. We get our water from the tank outside and try to stay out of the sun when we can. It’s a straightforward engineering shop where we just do the work as it comes. We stay busy enough that the days go by pretty fast for everyone here.
