We are based out of Sarang Apartment, which is near Khare Marraje Hall in the Vishrambag area. The office is at CS No 8544. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. Looking at land and how to develop it into something people can actually use is our main focus. Usually, it's residential stuff around here. Having lived and worked in this part of town for years, we know the streets pretty well. Our team isn't very big. Just a couple of us handle the day-to-day stuff and meet with people who are looking for a place. A fancy lobby or anything like that isn't part of the setup. Just some desks and a lot of maps of the local plots fill the space. Sometimes the paperwork for land takes forever, and that's the part that gets frustrating, but it’s got to be done. A lot of time is spent walking through empty lots and figuring out where things should go. Vishrambag is a nice place to be. Projects are kept simple and functional. Most of our neighbors know who we are. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build some decent places for people to stay. If you're near the hall, you can usually spot our building. We’re usually there during normal hours unless a site visit is happening. One day at a time is how we take it, just making sure the houses get finished for the people moving in.
