We do something a bit different than the usual decorators because we work mostly with fresh fruit. It’s a lot of work because you have to be careful with the produce so it doesn't get bruised or go bad before the event even starts. We spend our mornings at the markets picking out the best looking stuff we can find. Sangli is a good place for this kind of work because we have access to a lot of fruit. Our shop at 713 Panade Galli is where we do all the prep and the carving. It’s a messy job sometimes, with all the juice and the peeling, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren’t a huge operation, just a few of us who have learned how to make things look nice using what nature gives us.
