We are located right in Kavathe Mahankal, Sangli. It’s a busy taluka and there is always some construction going on. Parmee Buildcon is just a group of us who know how to build. We are based out of the main market area basically. Sangli is a good place to work, even if the summers get really hot. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to store blueprints and keep the ledger. We spend most of our time out on the field anyway. Dealing with suppliers and making sure the sand and bricks arrive on time takes up most of the morning. It can be a bit of a headache when the trucks are late. We’ve been around for a while now, helping people put up their structures. Everyone in the K.Mahankal area knows where we are. We don't use those big fancy words like synergy or innovation. We just stack bricks and pour cement until the building is done. It’s honest work. Sometimes we have a lot of projects at once and it gets a bit chaotic. Other times it's quiet and we just maintain the equipment. The local guys work with us, and we try to do things right the first time. It's a small town feel here. We know the shopkeepers and the farmers. That’s how business works in Sangli. You do a good job and people tell their cousins.
