Our office is located at R 1027, which is quite close to the MIDC Sub Station in the Walva taluka. We are part of the Sangli district area. Being near the industrial zone means there is always a lot of activity going on around us. We deal with various infrastructure and tech-related projects, mostly supporting the needs of local businesses and public works. It is not always the cleanest work, as we spend a lot of time on site or dealing with heavy materials. The office is practical. We have what we need to get the job done, but we do not bother with anything that is just for show. It is a bit of a trek to get out here sometimes, but it puts us right where the work is. We have been operating in the Sangli region for a bit now, and we have seen how the area has grown. Our team is small, and we mostly just focus on getting through the tasks we have scheduled for the week. Sometimes things get delayed because of supply issues or power problems at the sub station, but we just adapt. We are not big on fancy meetings; we would rather just talk through a plan over a cup of tea and then get to it. It is a straightforward way to run things, and it works for the kind of projects we handle. We just try to stay busy and keep the machines running.
