Starting out in Sangli isn't always easy but we have been here at House Number 2812 in Ramkrishna Nagar for quite a while now. Kupwad is a busy spot and our office stays pretty cluttered with various paperwork and old manuals for the equipment we handle. It is not a fancy place with glass walls or shiny floors. Just a regular room where we handle the daily orders and talk to people who need things delivered. Most days, the tea comes from the small shop down the road and we spend a lot of time on the phone. The area around here is mostly residential mixed with some small workshops, so there is always some noise or someone passing by. We do not have a marketing team or anything like that. It is mostly just us keeping track of what is coming in and what is going out. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit in the afternoon, but that is just how it is in this part of Maharashtra. We have grown used to the sounds of the street outside. The name Lanxess Equipment is on a simple board. We just focus on the local needs and try to keep everything moving. Most of our tools and files are kept in old steel cupboards that have been here since we first opened. It is a practical space for practical work. We do not spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the work is done, we are okay.
