INFRAVIER BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is called Infravier Buildcon Private Limited. We are located in Miraj, specifically in Mangalwar Peth. If you know Gavli Katta, we are right there in the Sai Siddhant Apartments, Flat No S-2. Miraj is a place where everyone knows everyone, and we like it that way. We do a lot of building work around the Sangli district. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is bad, but we keep at it. Our office is a simple place to handle the business side of things. We aren't into fancy presentations or big talk. We just focus on the actual construction. Most of our days are spent out on the road, going from one site to another to check on the progress. We work with a local crew of guys who have been with us for a while. We deal with the usual problems like cement prices going up or finding enough water for the site. It’s a practical job for practical people. We don't try to sound like a big Mumbai firm. We are just local people from Miraj trying to do a good job for our clients. It takes a lot of patience to get things built right, and we have learned that over the years. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay on schedule as best we can. Sometimes the Mangalwar Peth traffic slows us down, but we find our way through.
