We have been operating out of this part of Maharashtra for a while now. It's a bit quieter than the big cities, which suits us just fine. We mostly focus on building and construction projects around the local area. The office is where we handle all the planning and the phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but that is just how a workspace looks when things are moving. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a local team trying to do decent work. Sangli is a good place to be based because we know the roads and the people here. We spend a lot of our time out on site, but Shiv Pavilion is our home base. It is where the decisions get made and where we meet people to talk about their plans. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the work we do. It is practical work, and we enjoy seeing something get built from the ground up.
