We are set up at Number 15 in the Factory Area on Balaji Mill Road. That is over in the Shivaji Nagar part of Sangli. It is an older industrial part of town, so it has a lot of character. We work on infrastructure ventures, which basically means we get involved in building and planning various local projects. It might be roads, it might be industrial buildings, or just helping with land development. Our office is right in the middle of the action, surrounded by other workshops and factories. It is noisy and busy, but we like it that way. We are not corporate types who sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of us are out on the sites checking on progress or talking to the crews. We have been in Sangli for a good while, and we know the local landscape pretty well. The paperwork part of the job is always a bit of a chore, but it has to be done. We keep our operations pretty lean and do not spend money on things we do not need. If you come by, you will probably see a lot of dust and some old files, but that is just how a real working office looks. We do not have a mission statement or any of that; we just aim to finish the projects we start. It is steady, hard work, and that is what we are about. We just take one project at a time.
