Our base is in Arag, which is a small place near Miraj in the Sangli district. Chandure Developers And Infrastructure Services Private Limited has been operating from here for some time now. It’s different from the big city offices; things move a bit differently in Sangli. We focus on infrastructure and development projects that are often right here in the local community or in the surrounding areas of Maharashtra. Our office is at the heart of Arag, and most people around here know who we are. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us working out of a simple building, making sure that the local roads or buildings we are working on get finished. The work is very hands-on. We spend a lot of time outdoors at the actual sites rather than sitting behind a desk. There is a lot of coordination with local suppliers and workers to make sure things are moving. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or supplies get delayed, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s an honest living, and we take pride in seeing a project actually get completed in our own backyard. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a reliable one that gets the infrastructure jobs done for the people in this region. It’s a quiet but busy life here in Arag.
