Bhosalepatil Constrobuild is based in Islampur, over in the Sangli district. Our office is located at 50/1A/1, which is just to the east of RIT College. Having the college so close means there is always some energy around the area. We are a local construction firm. We do not have a team of writers to make us look like a multinational. It is just a few of us who know about building and materials. We spend our time between the office and the various sites we are managing around Sangli. Sometimes the dust from the sites follows us back into the office on our clothes. We deal with everything from getting the right cement to making sure the workers have what they need for the day. It is a lot of small details that people do not usually see from the outside. We are not into big promises or flashy ads. We just show our work and let that be it. The office is a straightforward place where we meet clients and discuss plans over tea. Being in Islampur for so long, we know how the local weather and the soil affect construction, so we use that knowledge. It is tough work, especially in the heat, but it is what we do. If you pass by RIT College, we are just a short walk away. We have been at this for some time now and we just keep working.
