We are a small, local building company that has been working in this part of Maharashtra for years. Our focus is mainly on getting things built for the people in our community, whether it is a new house or a small shop. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We prefer to sit down and talk about the actual work that needs to be done. Being based in a place like Ashta means we know the local conditions well, especially how the ground behaves during the different seasons. This is really important when you are pouring foundations. Most of our crew has been with us for a long time, and we all just show up and do the labor. We don’t have a big office with air conditioning; we’re usually out where the dust is, making sure the walls are going up straight. Sometimes things don’t go perfectly, like when the supply of cement is late or the rain stays too long, but we always find a way to finish the job.
