Our base is at House Number 1117 in the village of Chinchani, which is part of the Wangi area in Kadegaon. Being out here in the Sangli district means we do a lot of work on roads and local building projects. Ashwmedh Builders & Road Construction Private Limited isn't a big city firm; we’re local folks who know the land and the people around here. Most of our work is done outdoors, dealing with asphalt, stone, and heavy machinery. Road work is tough because you’re always fighting against the elements and trying to keep the traffic moving while you work. We’ve spent many long days out in the sun making sure a stretch of road is leveled properly. It’s dusty and loud work, but it’s necessary for the village and the surrounding areas. Our office in Chinchani is where we keep the books and meet up in the morning before heading out. We don’t have a lot of corporate polish; we speak plainly and focus on getting the machinery to the site on time. Things don't always go according to plan—a machine might break down or a shipment of gravel gets delayed—but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a practical life, and we take some pride in seeing a finished road that we helped build for the community. It takes a lot of effort to keep things running, but we stay at it every day.
