Our place is located in the Vishrambag area of Sangli, right at the Main Chowk. We are actually inside the Aditya Hospital building, which makes it very easy for people to find us. Aditya Promoters and Realty has been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Sangli is a smaller city compared to places like Mumbai, so things move a little differently here. Our office is a straightforward space where we handle property sales and local development. We spend a lot of time talking to folks from around the 416415 area who are looking for land or a new house. The office isn't very large, just enough room for our desks and a small area to sit and drink water when it gets hot outside. Being near the hospital means it is always a bit busy around the entrance, but we like being in the center of things. We aren't trying to be some high-end firm with fancy slogans. We just know the local streets and the people who live here. Most days involve visiting sites or meeting with the municipal office to check on permits. It is a lot of driving around in the sun and then coming back here to update the files. We just keep at it and try to stay busy with the local market. The walls are mostly covered in project maps and a few calendars.
