We operate AAJJAKA BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED out of Salagare in the Miraj taluka of Sangli. Our place is at G. No. 1113, care of Mahadev Ramgonda Harge. It’s more of a rural setting compared to the big cities, but there is plenty of work to be done here. We are a small, local outfit. We don't have a big corporate office or a fleet of fancy cars. We mostly work on local housing and small development projects around the Sangli district. Being in a place like Salagare means we know almost everyone we work with. It's a different way of doing business, based more on handshakes and knowing your neighbor. We spend a lot of time on the road, going from one site to another. The weather here can be dry and hot, which affects how we plan our construction cycles. We don't use any complicated business jargon. We just talk about bricks, cement, and timelines. Sometimes things move slower than we’d like because of logistics or waiting for parts, but we always get the job done eventually. It’s hard work, and we’re often covered in dirt by the end of the day, but that’s just part of the life we chose. We’re proud to be a local business in Miraj. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in Maharashtra; we just want to do a decent job for the people in our community and keep the business going.
