Themesoftek Private Limited is out in Tellapur. We are at 6-9, in the Ramchandrapuram Mandal area. It’s a bit further out from the main city center of Hyderabad, which means it’s a bit quieter than Ameerpet or Madhapur. The Sanga Reddy district has been growing a lot lately, and we are part of that change. Our office is a simple place. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or fancy lounges you see in the movies. It’s just a solid room where we get our work done. Most of the team lives nearby or commutes from the surrounding suburbs. We spend our days working on various software and tech tasks. The internet connection is our most important tool, honestly. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living and working here. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are a small group of people who know each other well. We have our routines, like who makes the first pot of tea and who stays late on Fridays. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just tell people where we are and what we can do, and then we let the work speak for itself. It is a humble setup, but it suits us and the way we like to work.
