Istq Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is found at H.No 7-51 in Mahindra Colony. We are in Medak, which is a quieter part of the state compared to places like Hyderabad. Our office is a house in a residential colony, which makes for a very different atmosphere than a city office block. It’s peaceful here, and you mostly just hear the sounds of the neighborhood. We have set up several rooms with our computers and work gear. It’s not a polished corporate space. There are some old cabinets for files and basic desks that we’ve used for years. We’ve been here in Medak for a good while, so we know the people around Mahindra Colony. We do various types of solution-based work, mostly involving software and data. It involves a lot of sitting and typing. We don't have a fancy break room, so we usually just sit together in the kitchen area for our tea and lunch. The house gets a lot of sunlight, which is nice in the mornings, though it can get a bit warm by midday. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us working on our projects day after day. We like the simple setup because it lets us focus on the actual work without any distractions from the big city. It is just how we like to operate.
