Swarnagruha Infra & Constructions (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Ameenpur. We operate out of Flat No 206 at PJR Enclave, which is on Plot No 376. It’s a quiet enough area in Medak, and being here helps us stay close to our construction sites. We don't have a massive staff, just a few of us making sure the infra work gets handled properly. Dealing with construction in the 502032 zip code area keeps us fairly busy most weeks. We started this as a one-person company basically, which is why it says OPC in the name. It’s a lot of work for a small team, but we manage. You’ll usually find us either at the office sorting out materials or out on the field checking on progress. We don't use fancy brochures or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth around Medak. The office is just a regular flat where we keep our blueprints and tools. It works for us. Some days we are dealing with plumbing issues on-site and other days it's just endless site visits. We've been in the Telangana region for a while now. We just want to finish the builds we start without too much fuss. It's honest work and it keeps the lights on at PJR Enclave. It is not always perfect, but we try our best to keep things moving.
