Our office is located at H.No.8-295 in J.P. Colony, right on Road No 1 in Patancheru. If you know this part of Medak, you know it’s a lot of industrial work and busy streets. We have been working out of this spot for a good bit of time now. We handle various property matters for the folks living and working around here. It is not a shiny corporate building with a glass front. It’s just a practical space where we keep our files and meet with people. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but we get our work done regardless. We spend a lot of our time looking at site maps and talking to the local authorities to make sure everything is in order for our clients. There are a lot of changes happening in Patancheru these days, with new developments popping up all the time. We try to keep track of it all so we can give sensible advice when someone asks. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our work comes from people just knowing where we are and stopping by for a chat. It’s a small operation here in J.P. Colony. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks of managing property and helping people find what they need in this district. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here in this part of Andhra Pradesh.
