Our office is tucked away at 23-9/5 in Vinayak Nagar, which is part of the Ashok Nagar section of Rc Puram in Hyderabad. It’s a pretty quiet residential-style area compared to the city center. Sri Venkateshwara Developers operates out of this small space where we keep all our site maps and property documents. The walls are covered with sketches and layout plans for different bits of land we are working on. We spend a lot of our time either here at the desk answering the landline or out at the actual sites checking on how the leveling is going. Rc Puram has been growing quite a bit lately, so there are always new people stopping by to ask about plots or where the next project might be. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the paperwork straight and making sure the boundaries are marked out correctly on the ground. The tea stall down the road is where we usually end up talking through most of our business. Sometimes the paperwork at the local government offices takes forever, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how the real estate business goes around here. We aren't doing anything flashy. We just look at the land, figure out where the roads should go, and try to get the developments ready for people who want to build their own houses in a decent neighborhood.
