Sri Venkata Posavi Engg. Works

We spend most of our time here at Sri Venkata Posavi Engg. Works. Our shop is right opposite Novopan in the Ida area. It gets pretty loud around here with all the traffic and other shops working nearby. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. We open up the shutters and get things ready for the day ahead. There is always something to do, whether it’s fixing a machine or just cleaning up the floor from yesterday’s mess. The space isn’t huge but it fits everything we need. You can usually find a few of us hanging around the entrance during tea breaks. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and know most of the people on this street. The dust from the road comes in sometimes, so we are always wiping down the benches. It’s just how it is working in this part of town. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s normal here. We just keep busy with whatever needs doing. The tools are old but they still work fine for the jobs we get. Most of our days are just routine, nothing too fancy or complicated. We focus on the work right in front of us and try to get it done before it gets dark. It’s a simple setup but it works for us and keeps us going day after day.
