Realbit Software Systems Private Limited is out here in Siddipet, Medak. We’re located at SYNO1089, HNo.20-1-44, which is part of the Harihara Residency on the Bypass Road. It’s in Ward No 3, Mittapally Thallu. We decided to set up here because it’s a bit quieter than being in the middle of a big city. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a room with some desks and computers. We spend most of our time here just working through software problems. The building is a regular residency, so it feels quite local. We have some basic furniture, nothing too comfortable, but it does the job. Sometimes the bypass road gets a bit loud with trucks, but mostly it’s fine. We have a small kettle for tea and we take turns making it. There aren’t any big signs or bright lights outside. We just have our name on the door. People in Siddipet usually find us through word of mouth or if they happen to live nearby in 502103. We aren’t some big corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door is locked, you just have to knock. It’s a very simple way of doing things. We like being part of this neighborhood. It’s honest work and we do it in a very straightforward way. No frills at all. We often sit by the window and watch the traffic.
