Loadingideas Innovations Private Limited operates out of a small space in Bhanoor. You can find us at H-No 8-71, specifically Shop No 2, which is part of Oruganti Manohar’s property. Being in Bhanoor is a bit different than being in the main city of Hyderabad. It’s a bit quieter, and we like it that way because it gives us room to actually think. We deal with a lot of different ideas, hence the name, and we are always trying to figure out which ones are worth pursuing. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just sitting at a desk and making phone calls or looking at spreadsheets. The shop is small, so it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of materials or equipment lying around. We don't have a receptionist or a big glass boardroom. If someone visits, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and talk to us directly. We’ve had some long nights here trying to meet deadlines. The local shops around us are where we get our lunch most days. It’s a straightforward setup. We didn't want to be in one of those big tech parks where you get lost in the crowd. Here, everyone knows who we are. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s a practical way to run a company without all the extra noise.
