Glowsystech Hyderabad

Glowsystech Hyderabad is located in Flat No 205 at the Aviation Academy in Bolaram. Being right near the academy means we see a lot of activity, but Bolaram itself feels a bit more relaxed than the middle of Hyderabad city. It is a good spot for us because it isn't as crowded or expensive as the big tech hubs like Gachibowli. Our office is essentially a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It has a homey feel to it, which we actually prefer over a cold, glass office building. There is a small kitchen where we boil water for tea or coffee, and the balcony gives us a bit of fresh air when we need a break from looking at our screens. We do almost all of our work online, so as long as the internet is working, the team is happy. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just have to wait it out or use the backup batteries. It isn't a perfect setup, but it works for what we need. The building has a few other small businesses and some residents, so you see a mix of different people in the hallways. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy things for us. We just handle the technology side of the business and keep our heads down. When the day is over, the commute out of Bolaram isn't too bad. It is just a practical way to run a business.
