Greenstoneindia Developers Private Limited is based out of Villa No 212 in Mayfair Vills. This is located in the Tellapur area, quite close to Osman Tellapur. It is a bit further out from the main city, so it is much quieter than places like Ameerpet. We use the villa as our base for development work. It is a comfortable enough spot to sit and plan out our projects. Tellapur is growing fast, so we see a lot of new things coming up around us every month. Most of our work involves managing construction and development. We do not have a corporate office with a lobby. Instead, we have a dining table covered in maps and a few laptops. Sometimes we have meetings out in the garden area when it is not too hot. It is a different way of working, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on site, making sure things are moving. The commute to the city can be long, so we try to do as much as we can from here. There are always challenges with labor or material costs going up unexpectedly. We just deal with those as they come. Being near Osman Tellapur is nice because it feels more open than the city center. We have been operating from Villa 212 for a bit. It is a practical setup for a development firm. We just focus on the building work and keep things moving along.
