We operate Excelitics Services out of Shanti Nagar Colony in Patancheru. Our place is H.No. 11-100/1. It’s a bit further out toward the Medak side, so it’s not as crazy as the city center. The 502319 area has a different feel to it, more industrial but also quieter in the residential pockets. We handle various service tasks and back-office work. Our building is a standard house that we converted into an office. There’s a small gate and some plants in the front that we try to keep alive. Inside, it’s all business. We have rows of computers and a small area for files. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. Patancheru can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by, but Shanti Nagar stays relatively calm. We’ve got a small crew of local folks who work here. We don't have a big corporate culture; we just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes we stay late if there's a deadline, and the quiet of the night out here is actually quite peaceful. We don't use much jargon. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s just a regular house where we get things done every day without much fuss.
