We are located in the BHEL Mig Colony in Hyderabad. Our office is in Phase 1 at Ramachandrapuram, House Number 926. It is a very residential area, so we are surrounded by homes and families. You can often see people going about their daily lives, like hanging out laundry or washing their cars, right outside our door. This gives our workplace a very grounded and local feel. We aren't in a skyscraper or a gated business park. Our office itself is modest. We have some sturdy desks and chairs and all the basic things we need to work. We don't have a big marketing budget or a public relations team. Most of our work comes from people who already know who we are. We’ve been part of this colony for a long time. The security at the gate knows us, and we know our neighbors. We often grab a snack or a tea from the small shops just outside the colony gates. It is a very comfortable and familiar environment. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to be helpful. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We like being in a place that feels like a real neighborhood. It makes the workday feel a bit more human and less like a grind.
