Srinivas Belidhe

Srinivas Belidhe is how we are known here at Hig-157 in the Bhel Township. Living and working in a township is very different from the usual city life. It is much more organized and peaceful. We have converted part of our house into a workspace, which makes things very convenient. We have been here for several years now. The trees outside keep the place looking green and it is usually quite cool in the mornings. We don't have any fancy office decor or glass partitions. It is just a couple of rooms with laptops, a printer, and some notebooks. Most of the time, it is just a few of us working quietly. We don't have a lot of walk-in visitors because we are in a residential block. We usually keep our own hours and don't follow a strict corporate schedule. If the weather is nice, we might sit on the porch for a while and talk about our projects. The township neighbors are all very friendly and we have a good relationship with everyone on the street. We don't spend money on advertising or big promotions. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing Srinivas personally. It is a very honest and simple way to live and work. We are happy with the way things are and don't feel the need to change into a big company.
