Schncom It Hub (Opc) Private Limited is located in the village of Bishambharpur Ailoth. We are based in Samastipur, specifically at Saket Kr. Sharma’s place in Panch-Bishwambhar Pur Aloth. This is a rural area, so things are a bit slower here than in the big cities. We started this IT hub because we wanted to work from our own community. The office is part of a house, which makes it feel very grounded. We don't have corporate logos on the walls or glass partitions. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of wires. Living and working in Samastipur means we know our neighbors well. We handle various IT tasks that come our way. Some days are quiet, and other days we are scrambling to get things finished on time. We use simple tools and try to keep our overhead low. There are no fancy titles here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It can be a challenge sometimes with the local infrastructure, but we make do with what we have. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just want to provide a decent service and earn a living without having to move far away from home. It is a practical setup for us.
