Way out here in Samastipur, things move a bit slower than in the big cities. Our office is at Qtr No 130 B on Road No 16. It’s a simple setup in a quiet part of town. We don’t have those massive signs or glass fronts you see in shopping malls. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. The roads here can be a bit dusty, especially during the dry season, so we spend a fair bit of time just keeping the place clean. Road No 16 is a familiar path for all of us. We know the local shopkeepers and the people living in the nearby quarters. Cynex Global is basically a few of us working together to make things happen. We don't have any big corporate talk or complicated hierarchies. If something needs to be done, someone just does it. We drink a lot of tea while we work, mostly because it’s the best way to stay sharp during the long afternoons. The power can be a bit unreliable sometimes, so we’ve learned to work around it. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We’re proud to be working from Bihar and showing that you can run a business from anywhere if you put in the effort. It’s just about showing up every day and doing the best we can.
