Vimal Travels & Call Taxi

Vimal Travels and Call Taxi is located at 262 Tharamangalam Main Road in the Suramangalam area of Salem. We are quite close to the Solampallam Arch, which is a local landmark people use to find us. Our work is a mix of running a travel agency and managing a call taxi service. Most of the day is spent coordinating where the cars are and making sure people get picked up on time. It can be a bit chaotic when several calls come in at once, but we manage. The office is right on the main road, so we see a lot of traffic passing by. We have a small area where we keep the car keys and the logbooks for the drivers. It’s not a fancy office, just a functional space with a few chairs and a desk for the phone. We have been operating out of Suramangalam for some time now. The Tharamangalam road is always busy, especially in the mornings and evenings. We just try to keep the taxis moving and help people with their travel plans. There isn't much more to it than that. We are just regular people working in the transport business. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it is quiet enough to have a cup of tea. We just take the work as it comes and keep things going.
