Turbo Tours & Consultancy Services is based in the N S Complex at No 4, right on Omalur Main Road. We’re near the Four Road Signal, which is a busy part of Salem, so there is always plenty of activity around us. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for guests, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up. We do a mix of travel booking and some consultancy work, mostly helping folks figure out the best way to get things done. It’s not a corporate environment. You’ll likely hear us joking around or complaining about the heat while we work. We don't use a lot of formal language because that’s not who we are. We just want to give people clear information and get them on their way. Sometimes the phones all ring at once and it gets a little chaotic, but we manage. We’ve been at this location in Peramanur for a while now, and we know many of the faces that pass by. It’s a grit-and-teeth kind of job sometimes, especially when traffic is bad or plans change at the last minute. We don't have any big speeches about our values. We just show up, open the door, and start working on whatever needs to happen that day. If the trash can is full or the files are messy, it’s just because we’re busy actually doing the work.
