Sri Kamatchi Travels

Sri Kamatchi Travels is located on Sivasamy Street. If you are coming from the Salem Town Railway Station, we are basically right across from it. Look for the Bharathi Store and we are right there. Being so close to the station means we see a lot of people coming and going all day. It is a busy little spot. We have been here for quite some time now. The street can get a bit crowded with cycles and people, but that is the way it is near a station. I spend most of my day sitting at the front, watching the trains come in and waiting for the next person to walk through the door. We handle travel bookings for all sorts of people. Some are locals, some are just passing through. We do not have a big staff, just me and a couple of drivers who know the area well. We do not put on any acts here. We just tell you the price and when the car can be ready. It is a simple way to run a business. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but people still find their way to us. We have gotten used to the noise of the trains. It is almost like a clock for us. No 636001 is a good area to be in if you want to be in the heart of things. We just keep the door open for anyone needing a ride.
