You’ll find Serras Holidays over at Ss Archade on Saradha College Road in Alagapuram. We are right near the Rbs Atm, which makes it a handy landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. The office isn't massive, just a functional space where we handle holiday planning and travel details. Being on Saradha College Road means there is always a lot of activity outside, with students and shoppers moving around. We like the energy of Alagapuram. Inside, we keep things pretty low-key. We aren't here to give you a polished sales presentation. We just talk like regular people about where you want to go and how to get you there within your budget. It is a lot of phone calls and checking availability on the computer most days. We’ve had this spot in Ss Archade for a bit and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. Travel has its ups and downs, and we try to handle the messy parts so the people who come to us don't have to. We don't pretend to be some giant international firm. We’re just a local travel desk helping out our neighbors and anyone else who stops by. It is a straightforward way of doing business, and it seems to work out fine for everyone involved.
