If you are looking for S.B Nithya Travels, you have to go up to the first floor of the Vaniga Valagam building. We are at number 38, right in the Agraharam area. It is a busy spot because it's so close to the Old Bus Stand. I remember when this whole area looked a lot different, but now it’s packed with shops and people moving around. We have been working out of this office for a long time. It’s not a huge space, just enough for a desk and some files and a place for the drivers to rest between trips. We do a lot of local runs. People in Salem know the Agraharam area well, so it’s easy to tell them where we are. We try to keep things simple. If you need a car, you come talk to us, we see who is available, and we get it sorted. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and old logs, but we know where everything is. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you're carrying bags, so we usually go down to meet people at the entrance. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you’ll usually see the same two or three faces every time you walk in. We don't have any big corporate plans, just keeping the cars moving and the customers getting where they need to go.
