We are situated on the first floor at No 172/E6 on the Dharmapuri Main Road in Omalur. It's pretty easy to spot us because we are right opposite the LIC building. Omalur is a busy junction and being on the main road means we see a lot of people passing by every day. We have been running our travels from this first-floor office for a good while now. It's not a large space, just enough for a couple of desks and some benches for people to wait. Most of our customers are from Omalur or the surrounding villages who need to travel for work or family events. We do a lot of trips heading towards Dharmapuri or up into the hills. I usually spend my mornings checking the schedules and making sure the drivers have had their coffee. It is a straightforward business where we focus on getting the cars out on time. We don't have any polished sales pitches or corporate slogans. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what the cost will be. Sometimes the traffic outside the LIC building is a mess, so we have to plan our pick-ups carefully. It is hard work staying on top of the maintenance, but we do it ourselves mostly. We are just a local Omalur business trying to serve the community here in our own way without any drama.
